About Us

We are a small but perfectly formed design company based in Essex. We have Sbeen building web sites both large and small since 2001 but have only been a limited company since 2005. Our size means that we are more adaptable than many of the large agencies but please don't be fooled because we are not limited in our creativity. We believe in customer service and like to get to know the people we work with, although we know that this isn't always possible.

Paicemaker Limited is a comprehensive visual design consultancy. Our expertise covers all areas of web and interactive design, design for print, marketing for the web, bespoke software solutions and much more. We produce work that is attractive, functional and accessible – work that fully communicates your message and enables people to do business with you in a way that complements your existing processes.

We’ll take a good look at what it is that you want to promote, whether it’s a specific product, brand, event, service or your company’s image as a whole. We’ll work out your options in a clear, logical, constructive way. Then, with you, we’ll plot out a course of action:

Our Team

Lisa Paice

Boss! I graduated in 1999 with a BSc in Graphic Design:Typography and then began studying for my Msc in Interactive Multimedia. I have been designing and developing websites,printed material such as brochures,flyers, corporate stationery since 2001, I then decided to become freelance which culminated in setting up Paicemaker Limited in 2005. I have 2 children, a boy and a girl and a man that doesn't know anything about housework.

Ross Jones

The Other Director! Ross also graduated in 1999 with a Ba(Hons) in Fine Art, after spending the next 2 years as president of the Students Union, Exeter School of Art and Design he went on to do hard time in the marketing department of Haymarket Publishing. After getting fed up with the daily 4 hour commute, he went to work for a local office products company looking after all their marketing. He now manages, or tries to, the marketing for Paicemaker Limited and gives advice should any of our clients need it.

Tracy Little

The Real Boss! Without Tracy the office wouldn't run as smoothly as it does. With her yeras of experience bossing people about and raising a family she is a force to be reckoned with. Just make sure you don't get behind with your account!
